Edward LOVES to embark,
on each and every trip to the park.
"Swing, swing, swing" Edward will say,
before he begins to shout hooray!!!
"Daddy, daddy, I want to climb."
Charles helps him take one step at a time.
"Mommy look - I'm way up high,
Daddy said that I could try."
Look at me, I can climb.
I went up the stairs by myself this time.
I'm really tall, look at me,
I'm standing flat and I can see.
This slide was high, I had a blast
Did you see how I went really fast.
My mom slid with me, I am her joy,
and told me that I'm a really big boy.
At the end of the day you see me smile,
you know the trip was worth the while.
I'm in my buggy, it's getting dark
